What identification documents do I need to provide?
Company Registrations Worldwide is regulated as a Trust and Service Company Provider, therefore we require your identification under EU Anti-money laundering requirements. All the requirements will differ depending on the country you are incorporating in and the structure of your company, we will advise you on exactly what we require once you place an order with us.

Can you guarantee me a bank account for my company?
Bank accounts cannot be guaranteed as they are at the discretion of the bank. However, if you have a clean credit history, no criminal record, have never been investigated for same, and can give a full picture to the bank of how your business will operate then there shouldn’t be a problem. However, a face to face meeting may be required.

What are your payment terms?
With most jurisdictions and service we require full payment in advance, however 50% advance payment with 50% balance on incorporation may be acceptable in some circumstances and jurisdictions, however, this is at our discretion.
